The story “The Young Tsar” by Leo Tolstoy presents three types of government.
One of them is suggested to the young tsar by a courtier. This method boils down to ruling like the father of this Tsar. It looks reasonable, why do the courtiers need changes?
Another method is suggested to the tsar by his foreign wife. She wants to see the Russian monarchy more democratic.
But the third method of government is suggested by the author himself. And this method is, of course, the only correct one! The reader can learn about it from the story itself.
