The Student by Anton Chekhov — Review
The story "Student" by Anton Chekhov contains a philosophical and deep reflection on the meaning of life and the connection of times.
Student Ivan Velikopolsky looks in on his acquaintances, a mother and daughter, and talks about what happened before, and we look into the eyes of these women, and try to understand whether his words about the past touched them. As it turns out, yes, no matter how much the past is the past, it intersects with our present.
