Cat in the Rain by Ernest Hemingway — Review

In his story “Cat in the Rain” Ernest Hemingway describes the mood of an American woman who has arrived at an Italian hotel with her husband.

Lonely even when they are together - this is what sometimes happens when one of the spouses seems to be around all the time, but at the same time does not seem to see the partner at all or understand what is happening in their lives.
