The Income-tax Man by Mark Twain — Review

The short story “The Income-tax Man” by Mark Twain, talks about the tax inspector who comes to the famous writer. The author displays a manner of boasting, as a feature of human nature. Another subject here is the fairness of people in terms of paying taxes.

The author presents the story with a great sense of humour, easily and gracefully.
